  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup of red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime

  2. In a bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and evenly coat the shrimp.
  3. Thread the seasoned shrimp onto skewers, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  4. Place the shrimp skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and slightly charred. Remove them from the grill and set aside.
